You are encouraged to read all summer long and log your minutes, titles, etc. Drawings and prizes will be given for participation. Pick up your log at the library circulation desk.
Mini Concerts featuring a variety of talented local musicians and vocalists will “break up the silence of the Library” with a few minutes of spontaneous music. Catch them while you’re here!
Mondays at 2 PM (June 4-July 23). In keeping with our musical theme, we’ll be showing classic musical movies every Monday afternoon during the Summer Reading Program.

Pokémon TCG Club
Thursdays at 2 PM (June 14-July 26) (This program will not meet on July 12). All ages are welcome to hang out with us and share our love of everything Pokémon!
Family Movie Fridays
Fridays at 2 PM (June 8-July 20). Join us for a new family movie every Friday in the community room. Popcorn will be served.

Friday, June 8 at 10 AM. A glow in the dark show performed by the Juggle Whatever Duo with a a workshop following.
Dan Dan the Magic Man Show
Friday, June 15, 10 AM at the High School. A one-hour show combining magic and a love of music!
Saturday, June 16, at 2 PM. Greg Ewing and Skeet Sirmons will bring instruments and help you learn the process of songwriting.
Tuesday, June 19 and July 17 at 5 PM. June’s book is “The Magic Strings of Frankie Presto” and July we’ll read “Long Way Gone.” Copies of the book are available for checkout at the upstairs circulation desk.
Greenjeans Recording Studio Tour
Thursday, July 12, 10 and 11 AM. Join Carter Green for a behind-the-scenes tour of this local studio. Learn how to produce a song from the ground up and the technology used to create a finished product. Advance sign up required at the upstairs circulation desk.
July 27 at 7 PM. We will end our summer programming with a talent show (grades K-12). Come support the youth as they showcase their talents in song, music, drama, dance and comedy.
